how do get patches or make your own or get them im having trouble understanding this so please help

You cannot make your own patches unless you know what you're doing,and have alot of time on your hands.Just search the web for patches,there are different kind of patches.There are no mod patches --> http://www.hgb-leipzig.de/~spiv/ps2/patches/
