Does the X-Box have to be chiped to run the mame sofware, if not could someone tell me who sells it. And one other thing, does anyone in N.Ireland chipp the X-Box

mame x was using illegal code & microsoft threatened to sue so I don't think you'll find many websites you can download it from, same goes for people selling mame compilations coz microsoft would come down on them like a ton of bricks.

Of course your machine has to be chipped to play copied software.
