Hi hope someone can help with this little problem?

Recently when opening Photoshop the floppy drive starts to read, every time you open close use read a file the floppy drive activates for a few seconds.

Even through I have been saving all files to the hard drive, it is becoming most annoying, I don't think I have changed any of my settings?

A cure is needed quickly otherwise moniter and tower will be in bits!!!!!!!

Don't know Photoshop too well, but are there any default settings where the program looks for files in preferences or settings ? Maybe these are set to point to the a: drive so that's where it automatically looks each time.

If this doesn't happen in any other applications you could always de-install and re-install Photoshop.
