I want to buy cdg+mp3 collections but want good service.
I am very happy with mastermix sunfly collection though some people are critisizing him. So who is the best person to buy from. anyone have any recomendations. Or is Mastermix OK.

Mastermix has been o.k in the past, and I have ordered from him before with no probs but recently he seems to be having some personal problems (moving house etc) and I (as well as a few others) havent got the last lot of disks we ordered (at £30 a go as well!)
Hopefully its just a small delay and that he will honour ALL his outstanding orders that have actually been paid for.
He said that the sunfly are now 100% error free but some people are saying theres still errors on them. I'm sure that mastermix will be very helpful in helping anyone whos has missing tracks/errors , as soon as he gets back online.
Fingers crossed eh ! :)

on this site, mastermix and karaoke queen are the ones to get full mp3+g sets off at realistic prices but if you want actual cdg's then look for davenport, i dont think theres been any rippers on the karaoke part of the board yet.

it depends what you are looking for, look at the board. although i have not yet traded with her, karaoke queen has a great pack of essential for trade. mastermix has more than just sunfly (i am sure he will have a reply to the negative comments of the past couple of days as soon as he is settled) and is a well respected trader on these boards. davenport is another trader i would not hesitate to trade with

mastermix is the main man for mp3+gs he introduced these to the board & has put an awfull lot of work in to putting them together .
i dont think a lot of people realise just how much time has been spent on making these sets up .
most people that have the sf set recieved them from mastermix.
some people jumped on the bandwagon & are reselling these sets .
which is fine but they quite aften fail to mention the errors on these cds.
as most of them are from the very first set he produced .
mastermix to my knowlege is the only one who has done his very best with a difficult task of correcting the set to perfection .
if they are not 100% error free now i am confident they will be very soon.
ps he has recently moved home so he will need a bit of time to settle down .
i am sure he will be back soon with even more sets .

If you purchase these disks, are they legal? Obviously, if you take a track from a Sound Choice disk and make it into an mp3&g, it's an illegal copy if you were to sell the disk. I wouldn't mind purchasing some of these disks if I know I can use them legally.

There's your answer. You need to own the original in order to use the backup copy legally ;)

and according to Sound Choice, if you use your backup in a professional setting like a club, even if you own the original, that's illegal.
OK if you use it at home, as long as you have the shades drawn :D
