Portable stereo systems (to tkae on yer hols) which play CD's and MP3's?? I have seen some units that claim to play CDRW's but as yet none that claim to play CD's containing MP3's. They obviously do these in a diskman type unit so Surely they exist as a portable stereo system!??.......
Has anyone seen these in the shops or on the web?

Do you mean the "Napas".These play VCDs,MP3s.Normal CDs & support CDRs.I bought one 2nd hand.Plug it into your telly or stereo & away you go.Mine plays just about everything I put in it.Same size as a Discman.

You might also want to check your local electronics superstore, I just picked up a really nice player from Best buy for $99.00 It plays DVD, VCD, MP3, Audio, all recordable media..... works really nice

I dont want to have to plug in a portable unit like a Napa to an existing stereo - A combined unit is what I am looking for (Although the Napas are supposed to be good). It looks like they are available in the States but not yet hit the shops over here.
