I need a copy protection that will prevent a VCD/PCGame from copying when using Easy CD creator 5 or nero. I know that such a disc could be copied with CloneCD but the m8's who I give my discs never heard of anything except nero and easycd.

Yeh download Cd protect from my site but as you say it wont work with clonecd.

only throuble is you will upset a lot of people........ people will go elsewhere for their cds if the ones you supply cant be copied! lets face it most people who have a PC have a cd writer (12x ones only £45 now), and most people either copy games for their mates, or sell them on.

The only reason I need this m8 is to prevent people I know from copying them and reselling as I am quite well known for having new movies (which I get off the forums). The copy protection would not be used on discs sold to forum members.

try freelock m8 that used to work quite good - remember when protecting some VCD backups with dummy tracks etc. it can stop them from working in some VCD/DVD players
