Anyone bought a karaoke machine from these guys and had good service when problems arose?? I know I got problems with em. Been without a machine now for over a month , only a crap loan machine and no returns to phone calls.

Send a written "request" to them, by recorded delivery. Giving them 14 days to either repair your machine, or return it in the original (Faulty) condition. If it is still under warranty contact the UK Distributor of the Machine - explain that the dealer has neglected to find and repair the fault and that you are entitled to a repair under warranty. They will then usually refer you to another local dealer or in some circumstances, repair / replace the machine themselves.

If the dealer does'nt honour this request then a letter threatening action with the Trading Standards will usually do the trick;) - either way, contact the main UK Distributor, since they are not using the services that are extended to them by the manufacturer!. Chances are, it's just sat in the office and nobody can be bothered to post it back to the Manufacturer for repair / replacement:(
