Hi,
I was wondering if you were able to partition the Xbox harddrive. It has 3 folders all about 400mbs in size, and I was wondering if you were able to still play games that are put in different folders or there was a way to join 3 or more folders into 1? Hopefully someone bright will be able to do it!
Thanks
Matt

Yes you can play games in seperate folders, just put the path in your user.ini (cant remember whats its properly called) and then select the game you want from a list, it will boot perfect no matter were it is in my experience

I dont know if you understood exactly what I meant, I was wondering if you put different files of the one game on different parts of the hard drive if it would make a difference? Say I run out of room on my E:\ I could put some of the files on my F:\, X:\,Y:\, or Z:\ partitions???? If so that would give me much more room!

I am with you now mate, personally i cant see how this would work, all the files would need to be in the specified folder IMO, i could be wrong on this.
Would somebody else care to comment?

Yes you're right, I don't think this would work...it would be the same as trying to install part of windows on 1 partition and another part on the other....I don't think you could do that, so I doubt you could do it on the xbox either.
