hi, i just brought an sbox for my playstation 2, version 4, and i need heep

with the installation. i found two different diagram on the net, but don't

know which one to use or which one is correct. can you guys please tell

me wht's the different between two version (especially the point A). thanks

i've read somewhere that it doesnt matter. as long as one end or the wire is connected to either end that resistor, you'll be fine.

yeah, i don't think it matters that much either, i'm sure both diagrams have been used to provide a successful install. but i know that the lik-sang one works, so since you have to choose, use that one.

use the lik-sang one! i have used that same diagram on a dozen v4's and they work great

How would we know if we cant see what your ps2 board looks like?

Open it up & match it to the right photo. Easy as posting.

Since most of you seem familiar with the v4 ps2, about how large is the solder point? I have learnt that online diagrams tend to enlarge the item to well, much larger sizes for one, the no solder mod.. at the lik-sang site it was a huge ole chip and I was wondering where the heck it would fit, and when i finally got it... it was so friggin small. I really want a neokey now and I want more info on the size of solder point. I know that even resistors have different sizes, therefore diffferent solder area.

there is a difference in the diagrams. 1 is for the top usb the other is for the bottom port
