View Full Version : Anyone got any info on the Pan DMR e20 or the Philips 980 ?

As the posts sys, I am looking at one of the above, Currys and Comet are doing them for £499.95.

I am after constructive views on either of them, I have been told the Pany is fussy on Media, and the timeslip don't work unless I use dvd-ram. I plan to use it for multi-movies, copying dual layer dvds etc.

Panasonic DMR-E20 is the choice for most people

Wouldn't even consider Philips coz it's a different format.

Philips one is DVDr+ which is slightly different format to panny
i have just bought one at this price
