I have imported an m2v and an ac3 file of a ripped movie into Spruce up with no problems. The problem is when it is imported the movie length is 1hr 50mins but when I go to clip properties to insert chapter points I can only access 1hr 32mins of the movie. My drive is formatted ntfs and I am running winXP. Anyone any ideas.

i had this happen to me the other week
when the files were on 99% imported a gop structure error came up but film still went in.
inserted chapter points and burnt only to find last 5 min of movie missing.
to get it to work i had to re-encode the movie using TMPGenc which took 5 hrs.
then when imported had no prob's
