Hey, new user here

I know that this might sound dumb and simple to some of you, but i need to figure this out. I need to learn how to make game that you aren't able to burn burnable.

For example the game Empire Earth is unburnable. When I burn a copy for it it always makes that whirring sound meaning its loading up, but then it just stops. Or for Shogun: Total War, it will just say something like "cant find cd" or "please insert CD" even if its already in there.

Now I know that there is some type of program or some way you can manually make it burnable so if there is anyone out there that knows how to do it please tell, I'd really appreciate it.

I have burnt both of those. Empire Earth if I remember correctly was protected with Securom and Shogun, SafeDisc.

To copy Securom you need to use a RAW CD copy program such as Clone CD, BlindWrite or CD Mate and have a burner that supports reading RAW+16 and writing at least RAW DAO 16.

To copy SafeDisc you need the same software but only a burner that supports at least RAW SAO.

Cracked EXE's to bypass copy protection in games are fine. However it is much better to get a 1:1 copy whenever possible.

What is not allowed are cracks to bypass paying for software.
