help, whenever i start windows 2k or ie the windows installer keeps on poping up. is there anyway i can get rid of this???

it says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

my specs:
windows 2k
1600xp
256 ddr pc 2700
radeon vivo

Something that you are using is incompletely installed. You need to figure out what it is and feed it the original installation files. What did you install just prior to all the problems?

hmmm, i think its probably norton antivirus 2003 becuase it was the last thing i installed. thanks, ill give it a try.
