I just downloaded Harry potter psx,and it looks like someone just dragged and
dropped whatever was in the original into a folder ,so I have this folder with filez.Would someone please tell me how to burn it?

Won't work - need a true disc image file.

U could always try it if u want. Just use ezcd creator and drag all the fils in to it and burn.

One wasted cd coming up.
