Hi. I ordered this item having no idea what it is like. I just have a few questions about it. I see a lot of different models of them, but the only difference I see is the color/stickers on them. Well, I tend to play lots of NES and SNES roms etc on my PC, and I was just wanting to know, if the PS1/PS2 controller with the adapter really works great. Has anyone tried it? I just hope it works as good, if not better than regular gamepads for PC... Well, PS2 controllers DO have like 12 trigger buttons, a d-pad, and 2 joysticks ;P. But can EVERY button on the controller work, even the joysticks for different games? And also, can I use it to play roms with emulators fine like i mentioned before,or is it not supported, or does it even matter? Do all emulators support it just as long as a driver is installed? Or will some emulators have trouble with it? Any help will be appreciated.

I only saw 2 differents models. One is for 1 player and the other for 2. If you're just gonna use it just for snes games, you should have bought a simple pc controller pad 'cause it's the same thing. Personnally I don't have one so unfortunally I can't comment on the controller. And one other thing, how much did you paid for it?

I've had this one (http://www.consolesource.com/playstation/ps-usb-cvt.htm) for a while, and I am very pleased with it. It autodetects with winMe, 2k, and xp. All the buttons and sticks work, even the buttons when you press down the anaolog sticks. I haven't found one game or emulator that it does not work with. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to get the rumble to work.

I also have this one (http://www.jandaman.com/psxn64usb.shtml). It is basically the same but the only difference is that it is supposed to support a N64 controller. I haven't been able to get N64 controllers to work, but psx controllers work with it just like the other adapter. It also has lights on it that indicate if it is on psx or n64 mode. I don't think jandaman sells it anymore, and I don't know where else to get it. I just leave the other one plugged in all the time, I figure it will never burn out or anything. The few occasions that I play N64 games, the psx controller works well enough.

I really hate all the controllers that are made for PC's.
