Hi!

I have been trying to install my Dxr3 card for two days now without any luck.
I'ts driving me crazy.

When I try to install it with Windows 98/SE/ME it looks like it installs but
after reboot it shows that the driver didn't install correct. It says that the
card is'nt working or the drivers is'nt installed corectly. I've been trying to
reinstall the drivers many times but it doesn't help.

When I try to install it with Windows 2000/XP it installs ok but when I reboot the computer
it crashes (bluescreen) with some mysterious message that nobbody can understand.

I've tried to move the card in the computer and tried it att all free pcci-slots
but nothing seems to help.

Can someone PLZ help me before I go nuts!!!

Innerjoin, where did you get the drivers from?

I've tried with drivers from both Creative and Sigma Design.

The drivers from Creative doesn't work, it installs ok but after a reboot it says that the card doesn't work properly or that the drivers isn't installed correctly.

The drivers from Sigma design installs fine and after reboot all looks fine but when I try to play a DVD there is no picture and I cant change the region either.

Beginning to think that there is something wrong with the card since it have worked with Windows 98 once but not now.

I'm thinking of buying another card instead , the only problem is that I don't know wich card to buy.

Anyone know wich card is the best???

I am not too sure on which card would be the est, best to ask in the DVD forum, however in the meantime can you try the hardware and software drivers you have got in another PC - if it works it is not the Hardware/Drivers but your PC - if it doesn't work I would suspect it is the hardware
