what tempature does the soldering gun has to be to install a neo 4.1?

well i gues just hot enough to melt the solder

I solder using a 15 watt but my soldering iron also has a 30 watt. It is prefered to use a 15 but 30 is good also. it doesn't really matter but try to stay in that area.
