I'VE GOT A NEO 2.2 CHIP AND I USE REGION X TO BOOT MY CDR GAMES UP. AND I HAVE ON A BACKUP DISC AR2 V2 WHICH I BOOT WITH REGION X. MY AR2V2 HASN'T GOT A DONGLE, I GOT THE BIN FILE FROM THE NET AND I PRESS START TO BYPASS THE HARDWARE DETECTION SCREEN AND RESET HARDWARE TO DISPLAY THE CHEATS. SO HOW DO I USE AR TO BOOT MY AR2V2?
