i can backup games that dont have audio tracks but one that do give me problems some of them will backup others wont, the ones that wond will copy fine but when i put it in my playstaion it will display the black screen with th ps logo then on the next screen (just before main screen) the game will freeze

ive tried Roxio easy cd creator 5 recording at 4x and even at 2x:(
tried clone cd, but couldnt check the subchannel thing for writing, tried without that option still didn't work ( same thing happened, game frooze):mad:
tried cdrwin, still didnt work:furious:

You will most probably find that the ones you are having problems with are copy protected (lybcrypt).
there are two ways round the problem :-
buy a clone cd compatible writer-this will copy all protected psx stuff.
or "patch" the game file.
A patch to remove the copy protection is applied to the image (cue/bin) that you have stored on your pc,this is then burned in the normal way.
you must find the specific patch for your game and region (pal/ntsc)

ive only ever patched games that have been in bin/cue format,i think u will have to convert em b4 u patch.
its a shame u cant use cdrwin as that is good for burning psx patched stuff .
maybe your writer needs a firmware upgrade,my old memorex didnt work with cdrwin untill i upgraded its internal flash rom (u can upgrade from your pc using a firmware flash utility)
