i have the latest version of nero installed with my liteon 32 sped writer.All was fine the suddenly nero is only seeing the drive as 12x speed write maxium.if i uninstall the drive & reinstall its all ok untill i insert a blank cd and it goes back to 12 speed any ideas??

Greets:DI would say that Nero is saying that the MAX burn speed is 12 x Because thats as fast as the LITEON can write to that media....... Try Different Media....... It's not the writer can't write at 32x it's that the media isn't high enuff quality to burn at 32x...... only 12x
