I plan on getting the new x-ecutor mod. I read at xboxscene that its not flashable. I also wanted to use the evox software alongside the xecutor, but would i be able to take full advantage of evoxs software feaures like ftp and there own dash. For those features to work didn't the bios needed to be flashed with evoxs own bios. Would thexecutors bios needed to be flashed or the xbox bios itself. forgive me if i'm making no sense, jumpin head first into xbox scene. thanx in advance

EvoX works fine with any modchip the only feature of it that requires you to flash the bios is if you wish to put a new HD in ur Xbox.

I read on the x-ecuter website that the modchip has all the features of the evo 2.2 bios.

It even has the hardrive patch feature.

Meaning you can upgrade to a new hardrive with the x-ecuter modchip no need to flash your bios. The x-ecuter mod has all the features as the evo 2.2 bios.

And yes you can use the x-ecuter mod with the Evolution X dashboard so no need to flash your xbox bios.

also this just in from xbox scene, there is an add on going to be available to flash the x-ecuter. so if in the future there is a better bios than the evo x bios...you can upgrade to it

all it does is disable the xbox bios, and uses its own bios. U can install a switch to disable the mod, ans go back to using the xbox bios. therefore leaving the xbox bios un-modified.
