i have had a enigma modechip before but whats the diffrence if i use a extender?

whats the best chip to go for?

evox is the best... and its well... free. this chip allows a hdd swap and i dont think the others do. this makes the chip superior by far IMO .

just search the board for the chips then read what people say, as you forgot to
give the version of the chip, e.g. 1. 1.1 1.2 etc. also at the top of the forum is a huge
folder on mod chips !

what is out i would stick with the enigma chip
as everything has loaded up no problems at all
i would hate to thing what is happening with the xbox with
games being loaded up from the hard drive
but its ideal for roms :)

well... evo x is a chip in my box ;) and anyone else who has home brew most likely. also if you still dont believe evox is a chip, look in the bsth forum :P . overwriting the orignal bios with evo is not a good idea IMHO .

There is absolutely no better chip than the X-ecutor. It does more than any other chip does, and is the easiest to install.

yep x-ecuter is the best.
but there is no difference with enigmah and xtender.

I wonder if you work for Messiah? It is a great chip, but not a better choice than the X-ecutor, NOTHING is.

How is Messiah a better choice? It doesn't have all the features of the x-ecuter, it has the SAME features as the first modchips released, it is not as easy to install as the x-ecuter, and from the prices i have seen, the x-ecuter is cheaper. the messiah team has been keep on delaying the chip, multiple times, so a company like that is not going to get my money. so how is the mx a better choice. and as brandonbooth said, are you working for messiah? or are you just an uninformed newbie? but if you are going to get a new modchip, i would say that the MX is the WORST buy out there.
Ohh i am NOT at all biased by a modchip's manufactorer, i dont care if it is the hacker of the system or somebody off of the street, it is all about the features, and that is what mx lacks.

you aint telling nothin new, everybody knows about the mx, but mx is NOT the best xbox chip.

ic, it's hard to find modchips for xbox here,
all stores only sell ps2 modchip, sigh....
is there any website can ship evo-x to overseas?
