I'm having bother staying connected to the net. I phoned my ISP & was told to make sure I had the latest modem drivers. Can anyone tell me how to make sure that I have?

What ever modem u have go to there web site and c if they have a upgrade avable.

try www.download.com

In device manager, click modem, properties, drivers, it will give youthe version, connect to your manufacturer website and compare your version with new, if there is an update download it, and update the drivers from same location where you looked at version and follow the instructions.

if u are unsure what make of modem u have got then take the modem out and see which chipset it is then u can download the latest driver
if that fail buy yourself a hardware modem
