First off I know nothing about macs. That said I am interested in cloning a HD to another HD. The only problem is that I only have PCs around. Is there any PC program that would allow me to do this?

Do you have the ability to connect the Mac and PC together? If so, use Norton Ghost. If the PC can see and read the Mac drive, Ghost will be able to image it.
