ok i have a FIC 1st mainboard model az11, i went to their site and got their latest driver which was two years old. i copied the flash file onto a floppy and restarted. but when the floppy loads it says boot failed. now i dont no wat i did wrong but i dont no how to fix this. and i really need to update my bios

Your floppy needs to be bootable and also contain the program required to flash your bios.
I am sure the mobo manufacturers website would have had all the details posted.
