i have a ORIGINAL copy of winoncd and want to up date backmeup with the BackMeUp Version 3.0.64 servicepack as my current version wont work. on the offical site - i enter my serial number and get to the download page but when i try to download it - it comes up with

'Gateway Timeout A gateway timeout occurred. The server is unreachable'


what can i do? - ive tried emailing the site but no change to the link or reply from the site.......
