I need a PAL to NTSC converter and was wondering if anyone who has/had one could recommend.

Either A/V or RF would do but prefer A/V.

If this enables u to watch video footage from a U.S camcorder conected to a UK VCR in colour I'm after one too.

maplins have a ntsc to pal converter on offer at the moment, about 30 pounds.

a PAL-to-NTSC. not NTSC-to-PAL.

i dont have a scart socket.

only av (white/yellow/red)
