What is a .rar file and how do i burn it 2 cd(what program do i use)
Stupid question i know, but plz help.

A rar file is a compressed file, like zip, if you know that format?
Rar files open with Winrar from www.winrar.com
If you want to store the file as it is, just burn it as a regular data file with Nero or something.
If it is a cd image of some sort (naughty you) :D , you need to unpack the rar file to your hard drive, and then burn this cd image afterwards.
If you are unsure about what program to use, post back telling us what extension the file inside the rar file has. :)

It is a cd image, do i burn it just like a regular data cd.

Just burn the unrared file as you would anything else with Nero or similar. :)
