is there a website where i can find out what cd-writers can write a full 90 min cdr??

You can burn 90min CDR's up to around 94mins if they support that much overburning. Also it is recommended to burn at only 8x, although I guess that would depend on the brand on CDR's.

Also Discjuggler software enables you to burn 90min.
