Next time just do a search for 'vcd'. As there are loads of posts that cover this topic and plus the mods don't like these questions posted over and over. konga123 Aug 02, 2002, 07:29 AM Actually he couldn't do a search for VCD (as it's only a 3 letter word...) but Cruz you could have checked the FAQ;) -Konga123 Cruz Aug 02, 2002, 07:40 AM yes yes my bad, i did do the search and as konga pointed out it gave that error. The faq list is soooooooooo long.....enough said. thanks guys slwukuk Aug 02, 2002, 07:41 AM You can run them on a Dreamcast but you need a certain boot disk and they run a bit slow, if thats of any use to you. BATMEN Aug 02, 2002, 08:51 AM There is a tutorial on how to make short clips to work on ps2, and I think that if you make some miner changes.... it might make a vcd that will work on ps2... I havent tried that yet because i dont have cds at the moment........ jzmjr15 Aug 02, 2002, 09:06 AM Look I'll give you some advice, just buy a cheap dvd player such as : Apex or something they only cost around $60-$80 Just make sure its MP3 Compatible, if its MP3 compatible then it will play VCD's Fine! jackalman Aug 02, 2002, 10:35 AM i just watched austin powers "goldmember" on the ps2, it was on dvdr and the quality was crap (probally vcd) so somebody has managed it !
