every time i get to the part where you record - it formats the disk and as the bar gets to the end it comes up with "format error" - whats going on??

it did work ages ago cause i have a cd i can restore - its just that its really old now and needs updateing

anyone got any ideas?????

and if i cant get it to work what else is there

Ummm I'm not sure but first thing I'd do is try another brand or another CDRW disc for that matter.

the program works fine and restores without problems..... i just need the boot disk incase windows wont work - it mentions it in the help fiel - it's odd that i cant find it on the program.......
