I just got Evox 2.2 modchip today.. and I got this digram .. it's said something like this [ Jumpers a) 16-22-24-31 ]

what do I do?? do I connect all those 22-24-31 to16? or what?

Is there jumpers for xbox version? or is it auto?

and do I use pin 1?

Since 16,22,24 and 31 are jumpered and 16 goes to ground, you can just connect 16 to ground, 22 to ground, 24 to ground and 31 to ground.

Pin 1 is not used and the 2 points above 2 and 30 are not used either.
