Nero does and supports the burning of BIN/CUE's although I have sometimes had problems burning BIN/CUE's with it. If you created the BIN/CUE yourself then you should be right. I find that CD Mate more reliable for burning BIN/CUE's than Nero, however I have no idea whether or not it supports your drive.
