How do i convert divx straight to dvdr- a guide would be helpfull

How do i add menus to vcds and dvds- A guide would be helpfull

How do i use a tv capture card to get images from digital tv- A very extensive guide would be helpfull.

And how to create multi movie dvdr guide.

is it two, or four?

1,2, and 4 can be found on Doom9 or VCD Help
3 is just a cabling issue. TV out to Capture in, whatever the connector type. Example S-Video out to Composite in.
