Just use smartripper, and under stream processing, uncheck everything but video, and your choice of 1 audio stream. I did 5.1 ch, and it fits without re-encoding.

Im from the US. It worked fine for me, with one stream, it came up much smaller. Have you demultiplexed and checked the size? Mine was only like 4.13 Gb with the one stream. Movie Only, mind you. It HAS to come out smaller if you are unchecking 2ch english, 2ch fr, subtitles, etc. They all use space, so if it is still the same size, you did something incorrectly. Try again.

I unchecked everything but movie and 5.1 did it over and over still came up over 3.7.I just went with 2 ch sound to make the file small enough,This movie was a rent and widescreen are they all wide screen?maybe theres some extra files in rents?

Dude, that will fit. Up to 4.39. Demultiplex it, and import it, and burn it. I used a R1 NTSC BlokBusta Widescreen as well.
