Hey ppl

Lately for some reason when i right click on a picture either on the web or one i have downloaded and select 'set as desktop background', my winXP background will just revert back to a blank screen.

This has only just started happening as i used to get all my wallpapers off the net. Now whenever i try to do that it just reverts to a blank desktop.

Can anyone help?

use wall papper smart it a freeby and work grate with xp change wallpaper every second or every hour or on bootup

check your active desktop status by right clicking anywhere on the desktop. if this isn't enabled you probably would get a blank screen.

what is the extension of the image?

They are bitmap files.
I tried to do activate active desktop but can't inthe option anyhwere..

no one has any other ideas?
