Hi,
ive tried ftp'ing some wma tracks into the music folder on the xboxs' hard drive in the hope that i can use it for the custom soundtrack in Project Gotham Racing and games like it etc.....

doesnt seem to work though ,

can someone check their music directory with an album they ripped using their xbox ?

wondering if its in folders like "soundtrack one" etc..

or does all the music just go into the music folder ?

in the music folders is 1 folder for each for each soundtrack, called, 0000, 0002, 0003, 0004 etc. I have tried creating another folder and putting wma's in it but it does not work.

try ripping an original CD using the Xbox first then use the ftp proggy to look at the folder and file names (to see what pattern to follow.
also copy one of the WMA files over to the computer to see what data rate it is etc

I tried making a new soundtrack folder in FlashFXP and copying files already in another sound track into it so they were the right format and it didn't work, it doesn't recognise them atall.
