i am going to buy a new laptop, cos i have just sold my pc system and ps2 (cos i had no room)

Basically, i have searched through the posts and come to the conclusion that peoples preferences lie with:Dell, Toshiba and compaq as laptop manufacturers. If this is the case i know dell come at a slightly higher price which i havent got! the other two brands i was looking pick some up at about 800 notes at dabs.com

However i have come across novatech.co.uk, and they are supplying good spec laptops at pretty good prices (my ball park is around 850-900 notes).
Has anyone had any experience with their brand of laptops

Yes, i've seen a few and they are good quality and reliable. Novatech have good support etc. I used them pretty much exclusively where I used to work.

Watch out though as some of their more recent ones have everything except PCMCIA slots. This is just the lower end ones though.
