will the heatsink/fan on this:
Procomp BS61M Mobo socket 370 intel celeron 400 mhz
fit on this:
BIOSTAR M7VKQ AMD MICRO ATX VIA KL133 686B 200MHZ FSB PC 133 AMD DURON 950MHz 200MHz FSB SOCKET A PGA PROCESSOR ??

Is it worth risking ?

I upgraded last year from a Celeron 400 to an Athlon 1200 and the fan that came with it is the size of a coke can unlike the small flat one on the celeron.

It might fit? BUT,

You'll proberly find that the heatsink and fan for the 400MHz is designed for 500MHz.

And you would need a larger heatsink and fan for the 950MHz
