HI WHAT ARE THE BEST DVD-R MEDIA

I HAVE JUST SEEN A POST SAYING THE DATASAFE GEN3 ARE CRAP NOW
PLEASE LET US KNOW THANKS

I have been using datasafe for months now with no probs, now using the datasafe X2 discs now the price is right, tried the discs in loads of players with no probs, best bet is to buy one or two of various brands and try them for yourself

Moving this to consumer's opinion.

would any dvd just work for burning ps2 or xbox games

Depends on the PS2 and the X-Box.
I have an X-Box that plays everything including bulkpaq, but my friends is alot more picky with the media it will play (Apple and verbatim)
Also PS2's like quality media.

I've had the most success with verbatim and apple.

my ps2 will play nothing less than verbatim or apples...

i tried optidisc, bulkpaqs and some others and alll have failed

I have had success with DVDPro DVD-R from Meritline.com w/ both my XBox and PS2 :) I feel like the luckiest man alive !!!! lol.

DATASAFE GEN3 ARE VERY GOOD

GEN3 and VERBS are two very good disks to use m8

My vote is also for DataSafe Generation 3 and verbatim.
