can anyone please help me get rid of this annoyng program it is on my desktop .
i have located the exe program and mooved it ,but when i try to delete it i get a warning "unable to delet this programme is being used by another."
i have also tried to use norton utillities erase.

someone please help i'm sick of the pop ups that sit in my task bar every time i connect to the net
