Btopenworld is a better deal atm its free connection which would cost 65£ on bt broadband

I'm currently with BT Openworld and would like to upgrade to their boardband service. Cost £29.99 / month. But I'm waiting for them to accept direct debit as I don't have a credit card. It says they will be excepting them in their future developments section!

Then I got info through the post about BT Boardband which is paid through your phone bill. Cost £27.99 / month.

My answers are why do BT offer 2 boardband services ? If I go with BT Boardband can I access my BT Openworld e-mail address. I don't want to change e-mail addresses again !!

yes, they have different services becuase btopenworld is separate to btbroadband. U will be able to get ur email address becuase i have a btopenworld address i got from them when i got their broadband and its the same as btinternet one so i have two addresses but they both go to the same place.
