Whats the best PCI video card?

It's not worth spending too much on a PCI graphics card because of the speed restrictions of the bus. A Geforce 2 MX4000 would do a sound job and they don't cost too much. Mind you for a bit more cash you could just get a new motherboard and a cheap agp graphics card.
