Hi I have found out why my computer wont start, its due to the Capacitor melting next to my processor, if i replace the Capacitor my computer should work again right.

If it melted due to the heat from the CPU/heatsink or a short with the case and you replace it then it should work. This is unlikely though, as it is much more common for a fault somewhere else on the board to cause a component to burn out.
Try replacing the capacitor, it shouldn't cost you more than a few pence to get a new one.
If on the other hand you are going to have to pay someone to replace it you would be better off getting a new board.

abit had problems with some early boards, can't remeber the model but replacing the offending capacitors made the board better than it was before, can you post a pic of the capacitors lance?
