From what i read this is card would do the trick (not used it myself)
ATI ALL-IN-WONDER® Radeon 8500 DV - OEM

£163 this week only! (although with the 9700 coming out i think it'll be this price for a while)

I have a Pinnacle Studio DC 10+ which i use for capturing Video from both my Analog Camcorder and also Video's and the TV. I would highly recommend this product. Never had any problem with it. Software was excellent too. I paid £220 Irish for it last year which would be about $300 I reckon. I think the latest version capture card they have is the Pinnacle Studio Version 8. You can buy a card for either Digital or Analog capturing or both.

Try...

and click on the Studio Version 8 product...
