I have about 60 pounds to spend on a tv capture card, hwat should i go for concerning on quality of picture and sound?

Their are good ones on ebay and second hand ones but which are really a bargain,

are the winTV usb ones any good, usb would be great but not eccential.

Take a look at the Pinnacle Linx. I posted something on it earlier but nobody has replied yet. I have found 1 review which was very favourable and the software is supposed to be something else. Only £40 on DABS.com. If you find anything else out about this please let me know.

so what's the difference between a tv capture card and a tv tuner card? they both let u watch cable tv and play games using the monitor right?
