i use vcdcutter to cut vcd files. or you could easily use tmpgenc to do it.

I would not reccommend tmpegenc to cut video files as it can sometimes cause sync problems. I have nothing against vcdcutter though :D

THANX I DONE IT KNOW....VCD CUTTER WAS FINE...

VCD cutter sux. i find it better to join the audio w/ TMPGenc first. Then cutting it up on TMPGenc again. then u wont have sync probs bcuzz the audio is already there to begin with
