i just got my burner today & it's great. the only problem is when i open up primo dvd 2, a window pops up telling me i'm installing office xp. i already have xp and i have to manually (alt-ctrl-del) for it to close.

can anyone help me with this problem or more of a disruption.

I think that you might have better luck with your question in the DVD forum, so I'm going to move it there for you. Also Veritas doesn't have any support for PrimoDVD, you'll need to contact support for your drive. I assume this stems from only being able to obtain PrimoDVD with the purchase of a new drive since they are no longer selling it. They tried to assure people that the hardware vendors have fully trained support. However if I were you, I definitely wouldn't hold my breath. :eek:
