I just tried to back-up a DVD using White Label media which have previously worked fine in both my DVD and my sons, this time though the back up worked fine in his and not mine. I just defragmented my hard drive and it reported the only files it can't defrag are the contents of the folder containing the DVD Files, is this my problem?

I have also tried Datasafe Gen 3 and can't get them to work at all.

Any advice much appreciated
