I'm looking for a software program (free or otherwise), to announce incoming callers.

I want it to announce the caller name, so that I can see and hear who it is before I answer the phone.

I have many programs that will display data on screen, but really need a program that will announce incoming caller name (ie text to speech) after I have added their number and name to an address book.

I have a couple of programs but all run off the caller ID system in the US, I need one that will simply read the incoming number, look up in the address book and announce caller name aloud via a text to speech. This must work in the UK.
